仕事内容
1) Make the timely and accurate IFRS/JGAAP/Tax accounting (both Life and P&C) and preparation of various financial statements, reporting and disclosures for local executives (CFO, Financial controller, BOD and ExCom members) and Group finance departments (PBRC and BSID) with deep analysis comments/figures so that they can understand financial results and soundness appropriately
2) Identify the risks and opportunities through the analysis of financial results and create the financial value to the company such as financial reengineering to boost up dividends capacity
3) Find and implement the financial/accounting solutions to enhance financial soundness and optimize the earnings, taxes and expenses within IFRS/JGAAP and Tax regime
4) Lead the transversal projects among finance departments and other department as a supervisor (e.g. Coupa, AnaPlan, Copernic - Flyer projects, new organization/restructuring, pension optimization and so on)
5) Implement closing and reporting process simplification, automation and efficiency by levering RPA/VBA, work floor tool, nearshoring/offshoring and BPO
6) Support direct manager and solve the issues (internal and external) with proactive manner
7) Create an environment to motivate and develop staffs (e.g. technical or cross teams trainings), and promote career development and diversities

必要スキル
1) Financial Reporting Skills ( IFRS & J GAAP and Life & P&C business) and Good Accounting Skills (IFRS & J GAAP),
2) Facilitation skills
- Japanese (Native), Fluent in English
- Over 10 years work experience in accounting and Tax & at least 7 years of experience in Financial Reporting ( IFRS and JGAAP)
- Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP)
- Japanese CPA, US CPA or Tax account are preferable
- Book keeping more than 2nd level at least
2) Facilitation skills
- Japanese (Native), Fluent in English
