We are the engineering team in our Group, a leading company in the industry having a strong global presence among Japanese financial institutions. Our mission is to contribute to the promotion of DX in cooperation with Structured Product business, with agile development utilizing the latest technology. Communication within the team is in Japanese and sometimes in English as it is made up of multinational members.

●Responsibilities
当ポジションでは、仕組商品のエンジニアチームの開発リーダーとして、開発チームを率いて、主にJapan Front-to-Backプログラムの中心となる仕組商品の新システムを、複数のユーザー部署とともにデザインし、アジャイル開発を行っていただきます。開発チームの規模は合計10名で、新規アプリケーションで使用している主な技術は、Angular (TypeScript)、Spring Boot (Java)、MySQLなどです。また、既存アプリケーションの機能を拡張や、維持管理をする業務を含みます。
業務を通じて、モダンなWeb技術による開発経験、仕組商品を中心とした金融の業務知識、英語を使った業務経験が得られ、また、担当業務とは別に、スキルの向上のための機会も準備されています。例えば、部内ではオンラインの技術トレーニングが受けられたり、毎月最低10時間を自己研鑽に割り当てたりすることができます。

In this position, you will be the development leader of the system for the structured products, working in the engineering team. You will lead the development team to design the new system for the core of the Japan Front-to-Back program, collaborating with multiple user departments, and conducting agile development. The development team consists of 10 members in total, and the main technologies used in the new application include Angular (TypeScript), Spring Boot (Java), and MySQL. The role also involves enhancing and maintaining existing applications.
Through the work, you will be able to gain experience in modern web technologies, financial knowledge especially in structured products and experience in working in English. In addition, opportunities to improve skills are provided e.g. online training access is granted and spending minimum 10 hours per month for self-training is allowed.

●Expected responsibilities
・Leading development teams
・Communication with users and business analysis
・Design, development and maintenance for applications, built with Spring Boot, Java, Angular, TypeScript, MySQL, SQL Server etc.
・Agile development
・Implementing and maintaining development environments and Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery pipelines and automating QA testing
・Implementation of release procedures and mechanisms
・Support in production systems and users

●必須要件
・開発リーダーの経験（3年以上）
・Java等OOPでのWebアプリケーションの開発経験（3年以上）
・SQLやRDBを利用した開発経験（3年以上）
・高いコミュニケーションスキル、業務要件分析の経験
・日本語は母国語レベル、英語はビジネスレベル

●Required
・3 years of experience as a development lead
・3 years of experience in web application development using Java or other object-oriented programming languages
・3 years of experience in development using SQL and relational databases
・Strong communication skills and experience in business requirement analysis
・Native-level Japanese language proficiency, and business-level English proficiency
