仕事内容
Asset Manager, the duties will include but not be limited to:
- Assisting other members of the Portfolio Management team with day-to-day tasks to maximize the value of the assets under management
- Daily communications and interactions with external Property Managers, Building Managers, and any other third-party service providers involved with the Company’s assets under management
- Assisting in the preparation of business plans and budgets as well as regular reports such as financial statements, quarterly/annual reports and other items required by investors;
- Assisting with the SPCs reporting including various tax filings, financial covenants and SPCs audits
- Liaising with accounting firms, tax advisors and fund administrators re ongoing affairs of SPC and other investment structures
- Producing and monitoring portfolio cashflow including budgeting and execution of business plans
- Liaising with Lenders when required
- Producing portfolio analysis for internal and external use
- Producing analytical work in relation to investors reporting
- Preparing instructions to outside service providers and trust banks
- When required, assisting senior management members of the Company in underwriting and executing new acquisitions; conducting and coordinating, tax, technical & financial due diligence for assets to be acquired; and working with advisers/consultants
You will also perform such other duties, functions and responsibilities as the Company may reasonably require from time to time. You will be required at all times to act diligently and to perform your duties with reasonable care.

必要スキル
<Qualifications and Education Requirements>
●Minimum BA/BS degree required
●Overall general asset management skills
●Preferably basic business (reading & writing, “speaking” not necessarily) English skills
●Asset management experiences in the real estate investment management industry 3 years over
●Nice to have the asset management experiences of residential sector
●Computer Skills (Excel, Word, and Power Point)
●Japanese real estate brokerage license (“Takken”) holder is preferable but not a must
