＜Summary/Team Overview＞ This role is part of the Global Marketing & Communications team and reports to the Regional Head of Marketing. This role works closely with the wider Marketing and Communications team. Key stakeholders include Investor Relations, the regional senior leadership team and local Fund teams.
＜Accountabilities/Responsibilities＞ ・Work with the regional head to understand the needs of business unit stakeholders; determine and implement marketing and events programs that align with their objectives and overall business priorities. Manage translation of certain business communications in English and Japanese, to include translation of time sensitive documents, managing external translation services / proofing external translations. Manage external events in the region including logistics, invitations, print and digital collateral and presentations as well as management of external vendors and success measurement. Support client data improvement for marketing campaigns via CRM system. Serve as a point of call for marketing and communications in the region to support the regional head. Contribute to the development and execution of regional marketing plan designed to raise awareness through effective communications, social media, marketing collateral and events. Promote the LaSalle Investment Management business, and its services/products in a timely and consistent way. Work with regional head to engage with internal stakeholders to grow social media presence in the region Engage with the business to promote the use of our portal for internal communication and engagement Develop and execute delivery of internal email, social media , internal news stories
