●Job requirements
As a QA member for Bill One, you’ll be entrusted with the following tasks.

Plan, design, and execute test plans
Based on the requirement definitions, make a test plan, design the details, and execute.
Failure analysis and quality improvement
Investigate and analyze the causes of failures and defects, and take measures to improve product quality.
Quality assurance verification
From the initial development stage, perform verification to maintain product quality.
Promote and manage test automation
Promote test automation and be in charge of its implementation and management.

●Reason for recruitment
We strive to ensure quality from the earliest product development stages and to quickly release high-quality products. To achieve this goal, we’re looking for a QA Engineer who can work closely with the Product Manager (PdM) and development team to improve product quality.

Development languages: TypeScript, etc.
Test automation: Playwright, etc.
Infrastructure: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion, Azure, etc.
Version control: GitHub, etc.
Collaboration tools: Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.

●Required skills and experience
QA engineer (3+ years)
Test automation
Agile testing
If non-native Japanese speaker, able to submit resumes in English and Japanese.

●Preferred skills and experience
Quality, cost, delivery (QCD) basic understanding and working experience
Various testing tools and frameworks
Continuous integration and continuous delivery (CICD) processes and tools
Modeling (the concept of seeing things at a higher level of abstraction)
Working with overseas and offshore QA teams
