【仕事内容】
Responsible for developing/administering technical solutions on the ServiceNow tool platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond.
Good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform while making informed recommendations to process users.
Applies innovative technology to business processes in order to develop new solutions and troubleshoot issues
Consults with Process Leaders to develop appropriate technical solutions in Service Now
Follows up on outstanding development needs and provides timely status reports to the project manager
Advises on options, risk and impacts on business/ITIL processes
Communicates technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences

必要スキル
必要条件】
Knowledge of web based development languages; specifically JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS
Strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication
Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
Understand full application lifecycle
ITIL/ServiceNow certified
Past work experience with industry leading providers of ITSM tools
Past work experience of ServiceNow
【歓迎条件】
Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2).
Proficiency in various ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HP Service Manager, Jira Service Management).
Service Integration and Management (SIAM) knowledge.
Familiarity with DevOps and Agile methodologies.
Cloud Service Management understanding (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Cybersecurity awareness related to ITSM.
Vendor Management skills.
【英語力】
Yes. Proficiency in both English and Japanese is good to have ; at least native Japanese with business level English works
