●Job Description
Have 10+ years of deep and broad business process understanding and operational experience in core retail functional areas like Forecasting, Merchandising & Assortment Planning, BOM, Costing, Packaging and labelling etc., preferably in fashion industry or general merchanidise industry
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to PLM.
Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and identify opportunities for improvements and optimizations.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work closely with technical teams to develop solutions.
Configure and customize Retail PLM modules to meet specific business needs.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, use cases, and test plans.
Assist in the design and implementation of PLM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate with stakeholders to validate and approve solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of PLM.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, suggesting improvements as needed.
Stay updated with the latest PLM features, industry trends, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

●Must Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in PLM environments with a focus on Retail PLM products like Lectra, or Centric, or FlexPLM etc.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) principles and best practices.
Experience in configuring and customizing any Retail PLM product.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including business process diagrams and technical specifications.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.

Knowledge of supply chain management processes.
Familiarity with other PLM systems and tools.
Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., Java) and database management.
