【Role and responsibilities】
-establish good coordination and communication with Customer, Onsite and Offshore teams
-Actively involve in the primary responsibilities that include but not limited to:
.Develop and thoroughly unit-test the front-end and back-end applications
.Take architectural decisions and design scalable systems
.Continuously identify ways of enhancing and improving the existing applications
.Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices, such as efficiency, testability, readability, maintainability, and style guide compliance
-Actively contribute towards various Transformation initiatives (Process maturity, Devops automation, Security vulnerability remediation, etc.) to achieve the project goals
-Mentoring and guiding junior team members while assigning and tracking the tasks for closure without any schedule, quality and cost slippages
-Collaborate with backend, QA, UI/UX, and business teams to ensure seamless application integration and performance.
-Enforce best practices for browser compatibility, code reusability, localization (Japanese/English), and front-end security
-Integrate APIs and backend services to support dynamic insurance data, calculations, and transactions.
-Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing.

【Must】
- 5-10 years of experience in IT industry
- experience in technologies including Typescript/JavaScript, HTML/CSS, NodeJS, React, Angular, NextJS, Express/Fastify, MySQL
- Business level Japanese (N2 or above) and English skill


【Nice to have】
-Exposure on AWS Cloud, Agile methodology, DevOps, Security vulnerability management and P&C Insurance domain knowledge
-Good understanding of RESTful APIs design and Swagger/Open API specification
