Responsible for supporting the Private Equity and Private Debt business, this role covers fund accounting and financial reporting for a diverse range of products, including separate accounts (FoFs) and commingled funds.
Collaboration with global teams ensures accurate and timely financial operations, delivering high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders.

●Key Responsibilities:
Lead fund accounting, financial reporting, and cash flow management for Private Equity products, ensuring precise and timely reporting of investments outside Japan.
Respond promptly to inquiries from business teams and clients, investigating and resolving issues as required.
Support onboarding of new funds from a finance perspective, including review of DoT and LPA provisions.
Prepare detailed cash projections for fund liquidity, assist with LP-specific reporting, RFP responses, and various ad-hoc requests from senior management and portfolio managers.
Partner with investor relations to address LP questions, and collaborate with the Japan Desk and New York finance team.

・Minimum 5 years of experience in fund accounting or finance for PE/PD strategies (FoF and commingled) at domestic or international PE firms or asset managers.
Strong understanding of accounting theory, fund accounting, and financial reporting; experience as a fund
controller preferred.
CPA qualification is an advantage, but not required.
Fluent or business-level English for global communication.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a customer service mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email applications.
Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and sound judgment in addressing challenges.
Collaborative team player, eager to contribute to the growth of the platform.
