仕事内容
This position will be responsible to provide technical support, solutioning, industry knowledge for tasks assigned in the technical services section within Property Management team. This position will also be required to provide support to the portfolio Property Management teams to review technical issues, defects, replacement and conversion works across our group’s asset portfolio and ensure compliance to building safety requirements and standards.
Reporting to the VP, Property Management, candidate must possess excellent technical skills in one or more M&E areas as well as strong stakeholder engagement skills. Candidate will be required to work independently to achieve Property Management goals and as part of Property Management team in fulfilling its role as a corporate unit in charge of Property Management as a whole.
Job Responsibilities
Work closely with procurement team and external consultants and contractors to review property-related end-of-life replacements and/or defects, and propose solutions for replacement or rectification, operation, repair maintenance of all building M&E facilities and systems
Provide expertise advice to the local team in solving critical structural or mechanical issues
Where assigned and needed, lead, plan, control, organise and monitor building defects and conversion works to achieve asset objectives and standards across portfolio of assets
Work with procurement to source and procure consultancy services (where required) and contractors to implement rectification / conversion works
Review consultant’s building proposals for design, functionality and for building operations. This applies to both existing properties (maintenance, operations and design and replacements) and for a new-build project (design and implementation)
When assigned, manage budget and expenditure of repair and maintenance works, long term building asset repairing and replacement planning, and capital expenditure projects
Look into new initiatives, innovations or automation and provide recommendations for better energy and cost saving as well as efficiency of operations across portfolio of assets
To work with property managers of respective assets’ where appropriate
To provide relevant management reporting on issues and recommendations
Be proficient in English (written and verbal) as needed to report/explain issues to management

必要スキル
Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 7 to 10 years of relevant hands-on experiences in maintaining M&E building systems.
Possess sound knowledge in tenant management, building maintenance, technical services and construction work.
Experience in building automation system would be an added advantage.
Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Experience working with SAP will be an added advantage.
Certification as a Fire Safety Manager will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership, planning, communication skills and good interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to manage operations and projects simultaneously.
A good command of English language is required.
