Responsibilities include but not limited to:
a. To provide legal solutions/advice/proposals for the business team to move forward with sourcing, due diligence, development, construction and operation of the Projects;
b. To analyse and research legal, contractual and permit-related issues in relation to the Projects;
c. Draft and negotiate contracts, including but not limited to joint venture agreement, EPC contracts, power purchase agreement, O&M agreements and financing agreements;
d. To take lead in selection of and communication with external legal counsels;
e. To take part in internal decision-making process including presentation to the management members; and
f. To cooperate with our local group companies.

必要な能力・経験（must）
a. Strong passion to promote renewable energy and decarbonisation business in line with our mission and vision;
b. Business writing and conversational level in English and Japanese;
c. At least 5 years of working experience in law firms or corporate legal departments;
d. Proactive attitude in seeking assignments andproblem-solving; and Team spirit and working experience as a team member
