Job Description:
・Lead the formulation and execution of M&A strategies and drive business development.
・Execute the entire M&A process hands-on, including deal sourcing, valuation, and contract negotiations.
・Lead teams, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure successful project delivery.
・Monitor market trends and regulatory changes, incorporating insights into strategic planning.
・Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

必須条件
・M&A、事業開発、またはコーポレートファイナンス領域で少なくとも8年以上の経験。
・ディール実行におけるハンズオンの実績（FAやValuation、契約交渉など）。
・チームマネジメント経験（リーダーシップを発揮し、複数プロジェクトを管理）。
・強力な分析力と問題解決能力。
・優れたコミュニケーション能力とプレゼンテーションスキル。
・英語力：読み書きビジネスレベル

尚可条件
・公認会計士（JCPA）またはCPA関連資格。
・コンサルティングファームや投資銀行での経験。
・クロスボーダーM&Aの経験。
・MBAまたは同等の学位。
・英語力：スピーキングビジネスレベル

MUST
・At least 8 years of experience in M&A, business development, or corporate finance.
・Proven hands-on experience in deal execution (including ""Financial Advisory, valuation, and contract negotiation).
・Team management experience, demonstrating leadership and managing multiple projects.
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Excellent communication and presentation skills.
・Business-level proficiency in reading & writing English.

NICE TO HAVE
・Certified Public Accountant (JCPA) or CPA related qualification.
・Experience at a consulting firm or investment bank.
・Experience in cross-border M&A.
・MBA or an equivalent degree.
・Business-level proficiency in speaking English.
