仕事内容
Responsibilities:
Take primary responsibilities for advanced loan servicing related works including but not limited to;
(i) Conduct review/analysis of consent request submitted by borrowers (including loan modification / restructuring request), and create documents for required approval;
(Understanding of complex commercial and legal provisions under the loan documents is required)
(ii) Resolve servicing related issues by working with borrowers, external vendors (servicers, lawyers) and internal department;
(iii) Conduct quarterly asset review, annual loan rating, and answer any queries and provide information requested from internal/external auditors; and
(iv) Conduct portfolio status/sensitivity analysis and create material for internal reporting.
(v) Manage and improve overall loan servicing platform.
Support loan origination related works (US/UK/AUD CML) including but not limited to;
(i) Create investment memorandums and other documents for required approval or internal reporting;
(ii) Support deal due diligence work as well as loan documentation work;
(iii) Maintain origination related system/tools or pipeline list; and
(iv) Conduct market research.

必要スキル
Requirements:
Experience:
At least 5-years working experience in domestic financial institution.
At least 3-years working experience in global investment management field (real estate field is preferred, but not an absolute requirement)
Working experience in either “B to B” or “B to C” business with actual exposure liaising with customers.
Working experience in dealing with internal/external audit (preferred)
Skills:
Basic knowledge of financial products and markets (basic knowledge of real estate investment is preferred, but not an absolute requirement)
Basic knowledge of tax and accounting (preferred).
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Qualifications:
Chartered Member of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan (preferred)
Language:
Japanese: Native
English: Advanced business level in both writing and speaking (TOEIC: minimum 900 points or higher (preferred))
Personality:
A good self-starter who can work as a team
A social and cheerful personality with good communication skill and cooperativeness
Exercise reasonable judgment within established policy and procedure guidelines.
Demonstrates initiative, problem solving, negotiation, verbal and written communication skills required.
Experience:
