＜想定される職責／Expected responsibilities＞
開発チームのリード
開発プロジェクトのマネージメント
ユーザーとのコミュニケーション・要件分析
上流・下流システムの開発チーム、インフラチームとのコミュニケーション
アプリケーションの設計、開発、メンテナンス
アジャイル開発
DevOpsツールチェーンを利用したビルド・デプロイパイプライン・テストの自動化、継続的なモジュールの最新化、本番環境の見える化
アーキテクチャ、ソースコード等成果物のレビュー
リリース手順、仕組の作成・実施
本番システム及びユーザサポート
Acting as the lead of the development team
Managing development projects
Communicating with users and performing requirements analysis
Coordinating with upstream/downstream system development teams and infrastructure teams
Designing, developing, and maintaining applications
Conducting agile development processes
Utilizing DevOps toolchains for build and deployment pipelines, test automation, continuous module updates, and monitoring production environments
Reviewing deliverables such as architecture designs, source code, etc.
Creating and executing release procedures
Providing production system and user support

＜必須要件／Mandatory Requirements＞
開発リードの経験（3年以上）
Javaなど型安全なオブジェクト指向言語でのWebアプリケーションの開発経験（3年以上）
SQLやRDBを利用した開発経験（3年以上）
高いコミュニケーションスキル
日本語は母国語またはそれに準じるレベル、英語はビジネスレベル
At least 3 years of experience as a development lead
At least 3 years of experience developing web applications using type-safe, object-oriented programming languages such as Java
At least 3 years of experience in development utilizing SQL and relational databases (RDB)
Strong communication skills
Native-level or equivalent proficiency in Japanese, and business-level proficiency in English

仕組債・デリバティブ商品等の金融商品の知識
プロジェクトマネージメントの経験
Angular, Spring Bootを使った開発経験
Scrum等を厳密に適用したアジャイル開発プロジェクトの経験
DevOpsパイプラインの構築経験
Knowledge of financial products, such as structured notes or derivative products
Experience in project management
Development experience with Angular and Spring Boot
Hands-on experience in agile development projects using methodologies such as Scrum
Experience in building DevOps pipelines
