●About the Department
We work on providing end to end IT and IoT solutions to customer for their engineering & manufacturing digital transformation.

●About the Project
This Project is related to digital transformation of the PLM system. Customer is using a legacy system and willing to adopt to next gen PLM system. The key focus is to ensure most of the Engineering process is met by configuring the PLM product with minimum customization

●Advantages of the Position
This position is a client facing role to manage complete digital transformation implementation project. This requires deep understanding of project management, understanding of Retail Product Developemnt process, Engineering and Manufacturing business process and basic Product Lifecycle Management process using different PLM products

●As a PLM Technical Architect understand the Functional and Technical requirement and document those requirement
1. Manage different stakeholder and stablish clear communication
2. Define WBS and track progress of implementation and delivery
3. Manage Project Risk, Issues and Action Items
4. Own project delivery and quality matrix, define process for delivery and quality management
5. Willing to learn new technologies and trends
6. Report project status to Customer and internal management on weekly basis
7. Manage effort and cost

●Must Requirements
1. Proficiency in any retail PLM technology example FlexPLM, Centric Software, Trade beyond, Lectra etc.
2. Good understanding and experience in Software Development life cycle mainly Waterfall and Agile method
3. Experience managing Project Risk and multiple stakeholder
4. Should have experience working on Engineering or Manufacturing domain
5. Able to understand the basic Engineering, Manufacturing and PLM terminology
6. Bilingual (English and Japanese) for speaking and writing.
7. Fluency in basic Microsoft office applications

●Nice to Have
1. Experience in Digital engineering or Manufacturing consulting
2. Experience in any of the PLM products like Teamcenter, Windchill, Enovia etc.
3. Experience in implementing PLM for any retailer
4. Basic programming skills
5. Working in global environment with multiple stakeholders from various geography
6. Experience in Digital Transformation Project implementation
