仕事内容
Full Stack Developer in Sales Technology under Client Services Technology. You will cover both equities/fixed income sales community as well as corporate access department.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with stakeholders in global syndicate/corporate access/sales/research/investment banking business and manage their expectations for the platforms provided by CST Sales Marketing team.
Understand the requirements and document them. You will gather the requirements from various groups of the people in the company on the platforms you will be in charge, be the expert on the matter, carry out the fit & gap/As-Is & To-Be analysis, and provide the solution as well as system design documented in BRD/FSD along with our project plan.
Work closely with your global development team as you are the bridge between technology and business. You need to work on the application development as well.
Provide 2nd-3rd level support to the users in case of any production issues or outages, including database query, source code reading/maintenance/review.
Manage venders in Sales Marketing space. Represent the company on behalf of business users and coordinate with various groups of internal groups globally such as compliance, legal, IT Security, procurement to resolve any issue.

必要スキル
<Mandatory>
- Technical knowledge of Web application including database
- React and/or Angular experience (mandatory)
- One or more of Java, TypeScript, Python experience
- Experience of Business Analyst and Developer with proven records.
- Effective communication skill in both Japanese/English
- Proactive, capable of working independently but work well in a team
- Experience on unit test coding, can do code review for application and unit test code.
<Preferred>
- Execution skill with experience in both waterfall/Agile SDLC models
- Business background, 5-7 years’ experience in marketing space whichever from business or IT
- Knowledge of CRM, Event management system
- Refactoring experience on refactoring application in use.
- Willingness to know the purpose of business purpose, and able to suggest solutions.
*JSDA (Japan Securities Dealers Association) Sales Representative Qualification
