Responsibilities:
To lead and execute debt financing and equity fundraising for our listed infrastructure fund
;
To monitor the B/S, P/L and C/F for the infrastructure fund to ensure compliance with bank loan
covenants and financial requirements.;
To take overall responsibilities for budget, treasury, booking, account closing and tax
return for the infrastructure fund and the company;
Serve as the key spokesperson for investor relations, overseeing disclosure documents,
earnings briefings, and proactive communication with unitholders and analysts;
To handle board meeting and shareholders’ (unitholders’) meetings of the infrastructure fund and
the company;
To handle claims from a third party, general administrative assignments, IT, HR and
corporate planning works; and
To draft, manage and upgrade internal policies, operational procedures, and governance
frameworks within the company.

Qualifications and Experiences:
A good work experience in at least one of a) structured or project finance, b) nonrecourse loan borrowing or originations or, c) treasury, accounting or corporate finance at
AM firms of J-REIT, infrastructure fund or private equity or renewable energy;
CFO experience at J-REIT, infrastructure fund or at a business corporation is preferable,
but not a must have;
PO experience for J-REIT, any other fund or at a business corporation is preferable, but
not a must have;
Knowledge of public equity markets and public offering (PO) processes is desirable.;
Relationship with commercial banks or investment banks is preferable;
A degree in economics, accounting, finance, etc. from a quality university is preferable.
MBA degree also is preferable;
A good listener to his or her team members and good at encouraging them to work on
various tasks, can maintain good relationship with both CSAM and sponsor members;
and
Fluent in Business English, experience at foreign affiliated company is preferable
