We are seeking a Finance Manager to work with the CFO and Business Controller to support overseas group companies with financial and controlling matters. This full-time role is based in Tokyo, with a fully flexible time and place work system. Financial control duties include managing providers and temp staff, supporting tax filings, reviewing financial statements, and ensuring strong financial control. Treasury duties include managing liquidity, funds transfers, and bank accounts. FP&A responsibilities include updating budgets and monitoring project budgets. Group company management tasks involve oversight of overseas companies and engaging with corporate teams on projects.
