It is a leadership position that involves overseeing the data engineering function within an organization. The role is responsible for managing a team of data engineers and driving the strategic direction of data engineering initiatives. It encompasses a combination of technical expertise, managerial skills, and strategic decision-making.

10+ years of experience in SAP BW, with at least 2 years SAP BW/ SAP BW on HANA.
Experience with of SAP HANA modelling
Experience with SAP Datasphere and knowledge of SAP BDC
Experience in BW to Datasphere Migration Assessment
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, requirement gathering and deliverables
Lead execution, and delivery of Functional Assessment of SAP BW Systems
Good Knowledge and experience in Datasphere to provide guidance and define high level migration roadmap.
Coordinate with SAP Basis, functional, and technical teams for seamless integration.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and analytics.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
Experience working in global delivery models.
