We are looking for a Key Account Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth andinnovation across our target industries. This is a highly visible position where your expertise,strategic thinking, and customer-centric approach will directly impact our business expansionand brand reputation.
Your Responsibilities:
・Shape the Future of Our Markets: Analyze industry trends and identify opportunities to define successful market penetration strategies (using CRM system).
・Build Trusted Partnerships: Develop long-term relationships with decision makers and influencers in Engineering, Design, and R&D teams across focus industries.
・Be the Face of Oerlikon: Represent our brand with integrity, speed, and technical excellence as a trusted solutions expert, strengthening Oerlikon’s reputation.
・Drive Business Growth: Manage key accounts, projects, and product portfolios, while expanding the sales funnel through new market and application development.
・Collaborate for Success: Work closely with our Customer Support Center, Quality, and Production teams to achieve seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.
・Lead with Insight: Monitor customer strategies, industry trends, and competitor activities to shape project pipelines and enhance business approach.
・Deliver Impact: Prepare market reports, business proposals, and recommendations that support decision-making and enable ramp-up of new opportunities.

必要スキル
Your Profile:
・Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of market segments such as General Industries (construction machinery, power generation systems, automotive, or similar), or Precision Machinery & Machine Tools.
・Proven Commercial Experience: Track record in technical sales and marketing within a multinational environment.
・Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical, logical, and conceptual skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
・Project Leadership: Successful experience managing complex projects across different locations, cultures, and stakeholders.
・Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
・Team Collaboration: Strong people engagement skills; ability to influence, convince, and provide solutions in a collaborative environment.
・Flexibility & Mobility: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
・Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
