【Role and responsibilities】
Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using Java and related frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, implement new features, and ensure code quality through testing and reviews.
Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve system reliability and maintainability.

【Must】
・JLPT N2 or N1 certified. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in Japanese with native speakers
・Must have IT experience with hands-on experience in Java, Spring boot framework
・Possess sound knowledge in Git, JDBC connectivity, Understanding of Server configuration, Logging.
・Must have knowledge in Spring annotations, Caching mechanisms for Rest APIs & Rule engine development
・Able to understand requirements and architecture design quickly and equip themselves to work on the project

【Nice to have】
・Experience in general insurance systems, Agile, DevOps
・To understand the available tools, accelerators and solutions on next generation Application maintenance and help in customizing the solutions to meet account objectives
