【業務内容】
1. 保険業界の顧客に対し、最新テクノロジー（AI、クラウド、データ基盤等）を活用した業務変革・DX推進をリード。具体的には以下のようなテクノロジーによる変革を実現するサービスを実施
-レガシーモダナイゼーションによるITパフォーマンス向上
-データプラットフォーム、データガバナンスによるデータドリブン経営の導入
-AI導入による社内業務、カスタマエクスペリエンスの高度化
-他、グローバルレベルのテクノロジーを適用したシステム導入、ITアウトソーシング、等
2. 顧客課題のヒアリング・分析、ソリューション提案、要件定義（業務要件定義／システム要件定義）、プロジェクト推進
3. グローバルチームと連携したデリバリー管理、品質・コスト・納期の最適化
4. 社内外の関係者との調整・合意形成、経営層へのレポーティング


1. Lead business transformation and DX for clients in the insurance industry by leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as AI, cloud computing, and data platforms. This role involves delivering services that enable transformation through:

-IT performance improvement via legacy modernization
-Implementation of data-driven management through data platforms and data governance
-Enhancement of internal operations and customer experience through AI adoption
-System implementation and IT outsourcing using global-level technologies

You will be responsible for:

2. Understanding and analyzing client challenges, proposing solutions, defining business and system requirements, and driving project execution
3. Managing delivery in collaboration with global teams, optimizing quality, cost, and timelines
4. Coordinating and building consensus among internal and external stakeholders, and reporting to senior management

【要件】
1. 保険業界向けのITコンサルティングまたはプロジェクトマネジメント経験
2. SIer、コンサルファーム、ITベンダ、保険会社いずれかでの実務経験
3. 顧客折衝・要件定義・提案書作成の経験
4. 日本語での高いコミュニケーション力（資料作成・意思決定支援）

1. Experience in IT consulting or project management for the insurance industry
2. Hands-on experience at one or more of the following: system integrators (SIers), consulting firms, IT vendors, or insurance companies
3. Strong experience in client engagement, requirements definition, and proposal creation
4. Excellent communication skills in Japanese, including documentation and decision-making support

4. Experience in proposing and managing global projects
5. Experience in project management utilizing offshore delivery teams

【語学力】
日本語：母国語或いは流暢レベル以上（JLPT N1相当）
英語：読み書きは必須。会話はビジネスレベル以上が望ましい(歓迎要件）
