【Key Responsibilities】

・Architectural Strategy & Vision: Contribute a comprehensive enterprise architecture strategy aligned with Our company business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.

・Solution Design: Oversee and/or produce the design of scalable, resilient, and compliant IT systems, including policy administration, claims management, underwriting, and customer engagement platforms.

・Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders and colleagues, IT teams, and external partners to ensure technology solutions meet operational needs and regulatory standards.

・Governance & Compliance: Contribute to establish architecture governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations (GDPR, FSA, FISC…) and industry standards.

・Technology Evaluation: Assess emerging technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and data analytics for applicability and value in the life insurance context.

・Integration and Interoperability: Design integration strategies for legacy systems, third-party applications, and new platforms to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

・Risk Management: Identify and address architectural risks related to data privacy, cybersecurity, disaster recovery and business continuity.

・Documentation & Communication: Create clear documentation of architectural decisions, communicate technical concepts and patterns to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

【Qualifications】

Extensive experience (minimum 5 years ideally) in architecture, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector, but not limited to.

Strong understanding of life insurance business processes, products, and regulatory environment

Understanding of architectural frameworks (TOGAF for example)

Proven track record with cloud technologies, microservices, API management, and data architecture

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Relevant certifications (TOGAF, AWS, GCP, Azure for example) are highly desirable, but not discriminatory

Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field a nice-to-have

Knowledge of data privacy, cybersecurity practices, and regulatory compliance specific to life insurance

Ability to drive change and foster innovation within cross-functional teams
