The field of endpoint management, represented by solutions such as Microsoft Intune, is experiencing growing demand due to the diversification of work styles in recent years. As organizations seek to improve operational efficiency and enhance security, there is an increasing need for solutions that incorporate various endpoint management products.

Furthermore, this technical domain is gaining attention not only for endpoint management but also as a solution to improve employee engagement in areas such as Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) and Digital Employee Experience (DEX). To strengthen our support for customers in these areas, the company is seeking to hire talent with expertise in this field.

・In delivery projects involving the consideration and implementation of MDM-related solutions, you will lead the project from a technical perspective, including proposal activities such as solution planning and migration initiatives.

・For delivery projects, your primary role will be to serve as the technical lead for the entire build process, from requirements definition to migration. (You may also be involved in projects related to concept development.)

Required Skills
・Experience as a leader in IT device management projects
・Skills related to MDM solutions such as Microsoft Intune or WorkspaceOne
・General project management skills
・Strong communication skills, including the ability to negotiate and coordinate directly with customer leaders during projects

Preferred Skills
・Experience in upstream processes such as concept planning
・Knowledge of Entra ID
・Microsoft-related certifications
・Project management certifications such as PMP
・English language proficiency
