グローバル移転価格部門長と密接に連携し、以下業務を含む国際税務（移転価格）に関連する業務全般のマネジメント
● 当社グループのグローバル移転価格ポリシーの策定
● 移転価格文書（マスターファイル、国別報告書、ローカルファイル等）の作成
● APAの締結・更新対応
● クロスボーダー取引等国際税務案件へのコンサルティング対応
● 税務調査への対応
● その他グローバルタックスオフィス関連業務


Manage overall international tax (transfer pricing) operations as a project manager in close collaboration with the Head of Global Transfer Pricing, including:
● Development of the global transfer pricing policy for the Group
● Preparation of transfer pricing documentation (master file, country-by-country report, local files, etc.)
● Development and handling negotiations for Advanced Pricing Agreements (APAs)
● Providing consulting support for international tax matters (transfer pricing)
● Managing tax audits
● Handling other tasks related to the Global Tax Office

応募資格

・移転価格実務経験5年以上
・ビッグデータを扱う能力が高く、Microsoft Excel（高度な数式、マクロ/VBA、ピボットテーブル、Power Query等を含む）に精通していること。
・TOEIC800点以上
・日本語ネイティブ
・他部門と連携して業務を進める協調性/チームワーク

・Over 5 years of transfer pricing experience.
・High proficiency in handling big data and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, macros/VBA, pivot tables, Power Query, etc.).
・TOEIC score of 800 or above.
・Native-level Japanese proficiency.
・Collaborative and teamwork skills to progress tasks in coordination with other departments.

【WANT】
・APA、金融取引、無形資産等の幅広い移転価格実務経験
・TOEIC900点以上

・Broad experience in transfer pricing, including APA, financial transactions, intangible assets, etc.
・TOEIC score of 900 or above.
