Seasoned IT Transformation Leader with a proven track record of driving change in global IT environments. This strategic leadership role requires a deep understanding of Japanese business culture and language, experience in working in a Global service delivery model, and the ability to lead IT transformation at the intersection of technology, operations, and culture.

Key Responsibilities
Bridge between Japanese and global IT teams, ensuring business objectives are met with sensitivity to Japanese communication styles and decision-making frameworks.
Contribute to strategic planning at the local and regional IT leadership level, helping shape the roadmap.
Drive implementation of the Transformation.
Lead cross-cultural change management efforts, ensuring local buy-in and minimizing disruption.

Experience
15+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with significant time spent in global IT environments running transformation, service delivery, or strategic programs.
Business-level proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written); able to comfortably operate in formal Japanese business settings.
Experience working with Global IT delivery teams in India; including in governance.
Experience working in or with Japanese insurers or international firms operating in Japan.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, TOGAF) are a plus.
Experience in QA (Testing) is a plus.
