●The role

1.Understand the data migration strategy incl master data prep, procedures , tools and templates from SAP central team incl MDM (Master Data Management) team.

・想定される変更による影響、インパクトが全て特定されていることの確認。
・End-to-Endのプロセスフローが確保されていることの確認。
・オンサイトファンクショナルチームが間違えることなく、新しいインターフェイスを識別できるようにする。
・必要なすべてのコンフィグレーションがドキュメント化され、重大な欠陥がなくスケジュールどおりに完了していることの確認。
・オフショアの開発マネージャーと話し合い、カスタマイズが必要なファンクショナル要件 (RICEF リスト) がすべて双方で理解され、開発/テストのスケジュールがオンサイトファンクショナルチームとオフショア開発チームの間で合意されていることを確認。
・開発チームとクライアント IT チームの間を調整し、統合標準/命名規則を決定し、またデータ マッピング、検証、ポーリング、ディレクトリ構造、ジョブ スケジューリング、エラー処理などを含む技術的なインターフェイス要件を詳細に詰めていく。
・オンサイト機能チームとオフショア チーム間のコミュニケーションと実装の進捗状況をモニタリングおよびサポートする。
・クライアントチーム、オンサイト機能チーム、オフショア開発チームをサポートして、タイムリーに問いが何なのかを明確にする。
・主要なユーザーのトレーニング (ジョブのスケジューリングとエラー処理を含む) とデータ移行のサポート。
・テスト、トレーニング、マスターデータの準備、データ移行において、クライアントチーム、オンサイト機能チーム、オフショアチームをサポートする。
・クライアントチームとデプロイリードへの日々のコミュニケーション、及び毎週ないし毎月のレポートの作成。
ソリューションアーキテクトの責務は、E2Eプロセスが設計および検証され、欠陥なく稼働できるようにすること。
