Leasing activities (tenant placement) for new and existing distribution centers developed by the company.
Building relationships with tenants (customers), understanding needs, and making proposals
New customers development (including telephone and walk-in sales activities)
Market analysis (understanding competitive properties, market rent, tenant situation)
Building local networks (intermediaries, etc.)

営業経験、特に不動産業界の経験あれば尚可
1年以上不動産賃貸業、仲介業（物流・オフィス・住宅等）経験者
物流企業での3PL営業経験者（電話・飛び込み営業含む）（尚可）
物流不動産に興味のある方
パフォーマンス重視の方
コミュニケション能力の高い方（コミュニケーションを積極的に取れる方）
宅地建物取引主任者 あれば尚可
Over 1 year of experience in real estate rental business, brokerage business (logistics, office, housing, etc.)
Experienced in 3PL sales experience at a logistics company (including telephone and walk-in sales)
Candidates who are passionate to build a career in the logistics real estate industry
Strong communication skills and performance-oriented
Real estate Transaction Manager preferred
