Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ETL Lead with strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica Cloud (CDI/CAI) to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-grade ETL solutions. This role involves managing data integration projects, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data delivery across platforms.


Key Responsibilities:
ETL Architecture & Development:
Lead the design and development of ETL workflows using Informatica tools.
Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of data pipelines.
Optimize ETL processes for large-scale data warehousing and real-time integration.
Perform data profiling, cleansing, and transformation to ensure data quality.
Support real-time and batch data integration needs.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and ETL designs.
Provide subject-matter expertise on data integration strategies.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for ETL workflows, data mappings, and transformation logic.
Provide post-deployment support and troubleshoot production issues.

Cloud experience mandatory. (Could be Azure or AWS)
Understanding of Synapse, data pipelines and data flows.
