The Cross Functional Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging business needs with IT services, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments. The role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing ITIL/ITSM best practices using ServiceNow (SNOW).


Key Responsibilities
・ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
・ Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows.
・ Support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
・ Utilize ServiceNow (SNOW) to implement and manage IT service workflows.
・ Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure alignment between business and IT teams.
・ Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
・ Ensure compliance with ITIL standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

●Required Skills
・ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
・ Experience with ITIL/ITSM frameworks and processes.
・ Proficiency in ServiceNow (SNOW) platform.
・ Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese.
・ Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
・ Familiarity with business process modeling and documentation.
