Directors act as the primary client contacts for TRS teams, and are responsible for translating client needs into strategy, project tasks and deliverables. Directors manage day-to-day practice operations in addition to driving strategic and operational problem-solving and team analytical activities, and serve as key liaisons between our team members, Partners, other teams, and our clients. Directors are also responsible for mentoring, inspiring, and developing the team. The TRS Director role is an experienced senior level position that originates and leads client engagements. An TRS Director will have direct restructuring advisory experience with top tier consulting firms and/or CEO/CFO or interim management experience with a large corporate organization(s) that may also have undergone a restructuring. TRS Directors have strong financial and analytical skills and are able to quickly define, align, and scale the engagement needs and assessment based on client requirements. Strong interpersonal, and communication skills and executive presence is essential so as to lead clients and engagement teams through challenging restructuring and reorganization situations. Additionally, Directors support the growth of the business by working alongside Partners on new opportunities with potential clients; including preparing for and leading pitch meetings, proposals, and the overall sales process.

Senior Consultants manage day-to-day problem-solving and team analytical activities, and serve as key liaisons between consulting team members, Directors and Partners, and our clients.
