1.Provision of consulting services related to global human resources, mainly in the area of global mobility, to clients 2.Activities to develop business opportunities related to the above business, activities to improve awareness in the market 3.Global mobility Development of business opportunities for services related to global mobility including tax / visa / immigration law area 4.Planning and planning services supporting enterprises’ global mobility 5.Global mobility - Improvement of policy (especially focusing on overseas group talent) 6.Global mobility on overseas group talent - Construction and improvement of support system, improvement of business flow 7.Support of Roll out according to the above 8.Other consulting on global HR management (human resource development, remuneration system, global grading system, governance, etc.) 9.Support for implementation of stock compensation system 10.Help drive the development of the department’s products and services offerings 11.Produce and present client-facing documents 12.Present strategic initiatives for consideration and deliver recommended solutions
The intention is that we will work in cooperation with other departments within our group network (taxation, consulting, law firm, social insurance labour corporation, overseas firm) according to the case. Especially for the above 1 to 3, strong collaboration with our overseas firm is assumed to utilize knowledge accumulated in our global network.

Follow the company’s global recruitment process completing Power of 25 when using SE tool. Create & execute multi-channel sourcing strategy to source candidates meeting client profile and/or building talent pool for current and future requirements. Use competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidate in presentation and short-list process. ●Candidate relationship management Develop & implement sourcing strategy & channels to build relevant talent pools. Effectively communicate position opportunity and client value proposition. Manage all candidates effectively throughout recruitment process. Develop and maintain relationships and seek referrals of other candidates. Manage candidate expectations and ensure timely and constructive feedback. ●Client Relationship Management Responsible for day to day interaction with client/HM/HR business partners. Conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional and responsive manner. Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies. Conduct role briefing with client and set expectations for recruitment process. ●Policy & Procedures Follow documented the company’s systems/polices/office procedures When on-site Follow documented client systems/policies/office procedures Follow necessary approval/sign-off process for leave, travel, expenses and expenditure Provide information for internal reporting and update systems on timely basis ●People and Culture Self manages own performance and accepts responsibility for own learning Provides and accepts feedback Looks for opportunities to help others and contribute to broader business goals Attends, participates and collaborates in all relevant internal meetings, & initiatives
