IT サポート サービス コンサルタントは、1 つ以上のアプリケーションを担当し、担当するアプリケーションが正常な状態で稼働していることに責任を持つ役割。この役割は、ビジネス チームと連携して作業し、プロダクション サポート パートナーを率いて、ガバナンスに沿って BAU アクティビティを進める。
また、異なる文化や背景を持つ人々と協力しコミュニケーションする機会を持ち業務を遂行する。



職責（Job Responsibilities）
IT サポート サービス コンサルタントは、当社（日本）ビジネス アプリケーションの安定した環境を維持運営する。
グローバル / ローカル ガバナンスに準拠し、アプリケーションの健全性を維持する (サイバー セキュリティ修復、アプリケーション / ドキュメントの定期的な更新)。
アプリケーションの SME (専門家) として、ベンダーが BAU アクティビティ (障害管理、問題管理、変更管理など) を適切に実行できるようにガイド / 主導する。
アプリケーションのリーダーとして、ビジネス ユーザー、IT アプリケーション開発チーム、その他の関係者と連携して BAU アクティビティの優先順位付けを行う。
ベンダーとの契約締結やライセンスを管理する。

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Solution Architect with a passion for the insurance industry to join our team. The ideal candidate should have close to 5 years of experience or less in a related field, or possess a strong dedication and willingness to learn without prior experience in solution architecture. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals aspiring to grow into a Solution Architect role within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior solution architects and project teams to understand insurance system requirements and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and development teams, to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Analyze current technology platforms, systems, and processes to determine areas for improvement and develop proposals for optimization.
Develop technical documentation, including solution designs, project plans, system diagrams, and integration architectures.
Assist in the design and documentation of architectural patterns, frameworks, and models specific to insurance applications.
Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate proposed insurance solutions.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of insurance solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the development lifecycle of the projects.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends specifically within the insurance sector, evaluating their potential impact on insurance architecture.
Support the continuous improvement of architectural practices, processes, and frameworks within the insurance domain.

・データ利活用のためのデータ分析基盤（DWH/Data Lake/ETL/BIツール等）やAI基盤（MLOps/生成AI/AIHUB等）を整備・提供することで、各社員のデータドリブンな分析・意思決定をサポートする。
・ビジネス部門と協働しながら、データ分析やデータ利活用による意思決定を加速させ、販売力の強化と一般事業費の削減に貢献する。

Scope of responsibilities（責任範囲）
・データ分析のためのデータアーキテクチャおよびデータ分析基盤（DWH/Data Lake/ETL/BIツール等）における企画、実行、推進、管理を行う
・AI基盤（MLOps/生成AI/AIHUB等)における企画、実行、推進、管理を行う
・データ利活用を促進させることで、デジタルイノベーションや各種プロジェクトの推進・実践に貢献する。
・最新の技術動向を調査しながら、各種ステークホルダーのニーズをくみ取り、新たなデータアーキテクチャ・データマネジメント・データ分析・AI等をステークホルダーに提供することで、新たな価値創出に貢献する
