The Compliance officer, based in Tokyo Office, will report locally to the CEO and functionally to the Head of Global Compliance. He / She will be responsible for the following matters:
- Responsible for all compliance matters for Ardian Japan - Manage a broad spectrum of compliance activities including compliance advisory, AML/KYC, compliance review and testing, compliance training etc. - Develop, implement and update relevant compliance policies and procedures - Provide guidance to ensure that business activities are in line with the necessary regulation - Review agreements to ensure that they are compliant with the existing regulatory framework - Liaise with auditors and regulators on compliance related matters including audits, inspections, surveys, regulatory reporting and filings - Other responsibilities include: corporate secretarial matters, cross-border fund registration / marketing matters, other matters as required

Manage all daily operations performed by Credit Administration staff, and resolve issues/problems ●Monitor loan limit, OD limit, bills line ●Ensure completeness of loan documents, credit agreement, administrative letters ●Control operation for loan disbursement, rollover, repayment, interest collection ●Control operation for debt security purchasing, monitor MTM valuation, interest collection ●Verify credit entry ticket and entry record ●Control valuation of loan collateral, insurance, compliance certificate ●Ensure to safe keep loan documents, insurance policy, credit files ●Submission of credit report to HO/BOJ/FSA, including Basel II ●Verify transaction processing in Midas+ system for booking ●Ad-hoc credit administration related project

●Job responsibilities ・Project scope definition (clarification) with the customer or the global product manager (called GPM) and stakeholders (called the team) from RFQ or the product definition phase. ・Project plan development and timely update to let the team do their responsibility clearly and timely. ・Risk management (project risk analysis) and develop the response plan to minimize the project risk and loss. ・Proper communication with the customer or GPM and the team to achieve the project goal (feature, cost, schedule and quality) effectively. ・Issue management with the customer or GPM and the team ・To be a first contact from the customer or GPM during the development phase, and well communicate technical topics and project status among the stakeholders. ・Participate the engineering/pilot run at the customer site or EMS side. Coordinate the resource need to resolve any engineering or quality issue occurring at the trial run. ・Conduct design review (DR) for all phase before mass production, drive for completion of all required product verification test and document preparation. ・Manage development expense and cost of designed product to meet the original cost target of the product. ・To manage customer’s or GPM’s demands during the development phase, and support to Engineer team to keep ‘Approved’ spec of products. ・To define the required resources based on the work volume of each respective projects ・To conduct lesson learned sessions for respective projects and to share the knowledge of projects.
