【Position Summary】
As a member Technology Business Management team you will support development of the Technology business plan and budgets. You will support expense management and vendor management and tracking. Help support timely analysis, reporting and insights to improve and optimized technology and change services.
【Key Accountabilities】
Support business planning process for change, projects, IT and general services
Support detailed tracking and expense management for technology operations and projects
Responsible for internal and external communication across all levels
Support process’ digitalization and improve visibility through adoption of dashboards/KPI reporting
Support creation of managements reports and analytics to support Technology Business Management and CTO area
Support vendor / contract reviews, management, and negotiations
