・ Lead Enterprise marketing team to achieve high growth Enterprise sales goals by customer-centric approach ・ Drive Account based marketing programs for targeted accounts in enterprise segment ・ Plan and Execute Scalable and Highly impacted Demand Generation program for Enterprise segment in order to get mindshare. ・ Design a segmentation strategy that creates specialized customer experiences based on sales cycle stage, tenure, persona sub-vertical focus and/or propensity to buy. ・ Plan and execute integrate marketing program including executive event and round tables. ・ Ability to process and analyze data, using results to inform plan development and report to the business. ・ Evaluate, measure and report on strategic effectiveness and ROI for overall program efforts ・ Working with internal subject matter experts (Marketing, PR) to execute project and manage marketing budget

Our Marketing team is seeking a talented, experienced, self-directed Marketing Leader to join an energetic marketing organization that is responsible for driving the development and adoption of our platform by startups around the world.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining the Japan marketing strategy for the one of the most impactful customer segments: startup companies. This position includes building and improving marketing programs and events designed to encourage startups to use our service, defining the digital content strategy for engaging founders and leaders at early stage companies and overseeing the global expansion of our physical workspaces for startup customers.
Ideally, you are someone that has experience working with startup companies, VC firms and incubators. You have an innate understanding for entrepreneurs, company founders and technical decision makers at early stage companies. You are knowledgeable about current state of the art cloud technologies and understand how technical decisions impact the success of fledgling companies. You also have a track record of building successful, metrics driven, scalable, customer centric marketing programs. You don’t just want to be part of the startup industry, you want to define the technical baseline for the next generation of the world’s most innovative companies. Your responsibilities will include:
・Building an engagement strategy for startups that is aligned with the goals of our sales and business development teams. ・Create a content strategy that produces messaging that resonates with and engages the startup community ・Lead the design and development of compelling digital experiences for founders and technical leaders at early stage companies ・Refine and expand programs for delivering critical resources to startup companies to help get them started on our service ・Drive the strategy for our company, a collection of physical meeting spaces where developers and entrepreneurs can get their questions answered and meet other innovators. ・Develop and manage events series and programs that address the needs of startups and help them become highly successful our customers ・Identify and nurture potential partnerships with key technology, digital and investment partners that enable startups to be successful ・Collaborate with our company’s business development, sales and customer support teams to ensure that startup customers have an exemplary experience on our service.
