As a Senior Project Manager focused on IT Infrastructure, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of strategic initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:
・Collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders to gather and understand their infrastructure needs, translating them into actionable project requirements
・Define project scope, set timelines, and oversee budgets while ensuring alignment with organizational goals
・Manage end-to-end project execution for regional and global initiatives, ensuring they meet defined objectives and deliverables. Identify potential risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
・Facilitate collaboration among project resources, including IT Infrastructure teams, application developers, and business units, to foster a cohesive project environment.
・Create and disseminate clear communication materials that outline project progress, key milestones, and changes in plans
・Establish and chair steering committees as necessary, leading regular update meetings to promote accountability and alignment among stakeholders
・Advocate for and communicate the value of Our infrastructure services, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and aligned with our capabilities
