Digital workspace is part of Global Infrastructure Technology Division and is responsible for managing end user technologies, devices, backend infrastructure and support.
【Responsibilities】 ●ITIL Process Adherence ・Change and Configuration Management ・Problem Management ・Incident Management ・Governance- KPIs and KRI’s
Global review of processes and practices followed, and revisit for improvement for the end users or the engineering team.
●User Experience ・Review the channels of end user communication and evaluate avenues and opportunities for self-help. ・Evaluate best practices across regions by respective desktop teams and have a central repository for reference.
●Engineering Engagements/Collaborations ・Consolidate issues/enhancements from regional desktop leads for the Windows engineering space. ・Have a bi-weekly engagement with Windows engineering to review triages for upcoming enhancements and help prioritize issues/enhancements for the future. ・Manage releases post successful global testing of enhancements and remediations, and thereby reducing post release incidents.
●PC Inventory and Hardware ●Vendor Management ●Business Management ・Engage with Business Management POCs for budget adherence - planned versus actuals. ・Evaluate cost save opportunities in coordination with Business Management POCs and regional desktop teams.
●Project/Program Management ・Track regional projects at a global level for senior management visibility via in-house dashboard including RAG status and if any assistance/guidance needed. ・Work with regional PMs and collaborate efforts towards timelines and deliverables. ・Drive service improvements/initiatives across
Roles & Responsibilities: ・ Develop and execute go-to-market strategies focusing on AI/ML Frameworks and our ML solutions and technologies to target key workloads like NLP and computer vision. ・ Lead senior level customer meetings to discuss business and technical challenges and explore how we can help address them. ・ Define, build, and launch startups and enterprise focused campaigns around deploying successful ML architectures on us. ・ Collaborate effectively with ML solution architects and experts to develop scalable architectures and end-end solutions to solve key customer challenges. ・ Serve as an evangelist for AI/ML Frameworks , engage closely with customers, the developer community, and key partners. ・ Develop market intelligence frameworks to identify market trends, use cases, choice of tools and architectures, and partners. ・ Develop content (e.g., blogs, whitepapers, case studies), lead workshops / hackathons, and represent us at key AI/ML conferences. ・ Train and enable the our field teams on the value propositions of key ML Frameworks and our solutions and technologies. This would include developing sales plays, targeted campaigns, an enabling the field to uncover and drive ML opportunities.
