We are seeking a talented and experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist with fluency in both Japanese and English.

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of managing Microsoft products such as Active Directory (AD), Distributed File System (DFS), Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), and Domain Name System (DNS).

Within the team we will have, Software Engineers Developers, and Site Reliability Engineers, and a thin layer of Operations, forming a true DevOps team.

We have several roles as SRE/Support Engineers as well as Platform Engineers at Senior and Lead levels.

Expected responsibilities：
You will be engaged：
Management of new and mid-stage application development of both client and web based applications for global implementation, driven from Tokyo. Solutions are all centered on total in-house development methodology.

Key Responsibilities includes
・Identify opportunity to automate manual steps or areas for improvement to remediate or mitigate operational risks, and directly contribute on coding to manage the storage platform effectively.
・Build, test and deliver new services and improvement on tape backup infrastructure
・Drive and implement storage related projects and initiatives by coordinating with various stakeholders, not limited to local region and also globally
・Provide onsite L3 support to monitor and work on service restoration of storage platform deployed globally when incident takes place, under Follow-the-Sun support model or provide on-call support as necessary.

職務内容
銀行システムのネットワーク環境構築と維持

ネット銀行ではWEBシステム、勘定系システムなど数十のシステムが稼働しています。
これらシステムでは、業務機能追加、性能向上、法制度対応、障害対応などが日々発生し、業務アプリケーション担当とシステム基盤担当が連携して対応にあたります。全てのシステムはネットワークに接続しており、システム対応は多くの場合においてネットワーク担当が関与しますでの、ネットワーク担当の責任範囲は全システムとも言えます。

当社システムの多くはクラウド環境上にありますが、一部システムはオンプレ環境にあり、また多くの関係会社様とのシステム接続も存在することから、クラウド・オンプレ混在のネットワーク接続が必要となります。その為ネットワーク担当は、クラウド・オンプレの両ネットワーク特性を理解し、性能、可用性、拡張性、セキュリティ、保守運用などのシステム基盤の各種非機能要件を踏まえた上での環境構築を行います。
