This is a multi-cloud environment (AWS + GCP) using offshore delivery model. The client is one of the largest HR Service Providers globally with presence in 30 countries. The role involves stake holder management including the business owners & CIO. Role Responsibilities: - Responsible for Service delivery & Project Management (accountable for client interface for Japan service delivery) - Responsible for governance with delivery teams and liaise with clients - Coordinate with the customer IT/application teams and the offshore delivery team: client/stake holders outside Japan (Australia, Netherlands, India) as well as offshore delivery team (India) - Manage client priorities proactively and structurally address escalations, if any - Prepared for 24/7 support based on delivery requirements - Understand the cloud infra services, ITIL framework and adapt towards DevOps delivery model - Ensure seamless delivery of cloud, application services and projects - Drive performance improvement initiatives
※ The work hours are during the Japan business hours; however, the SDM may need to work with the client & internal team during major activities post business hours. The operations team from offshore (India) operates 24x7. The team is also spread across the APAC region and the rest of Europe and Americas regions.
