＜具体的には＞ 着任されましたら、当初はニューノーマル社会の実現に向けたゼロトラストソリューションの実現に向け、デバイスログ/認証ログ/アクセスログなど様々なデータを分析するプラットフォームの開発担当に従事頂きます。企画部門との要件整理、グローバルベストな製品の選定やアーキテクチャの検討、そのためのPoCの実施など、予算を活用しながら、幅広い裁量で新プラットフォームによるサービスの立ち上げを目指していただきます。その後、Society5.0の実現に向け、データ分析プラットフォームをas a serviceとして社内外へ提供することを目指し、開発担当からもサービス検討段階から携わっていただくことが可能です。
●System development/enhancements - take full SDLC ownership of assigned tasks/project including user communication, release planning etc. ●Work closely with users & IT teams, propose/drive/deliver technical solutions to meet their requirements ●High quality deliveries e.g. documentation, code/test coverage, code review, testing, post-release checks, ensuring adherence to the Our company/team SDLC procedure/policies ●Provide 2nd & 3rd level production support-work with production support teams, ensure issues/queries get resolved/addressed in timely manner
Key Responsibilities includes; ●Build, test and deliver new services and improvement on supported Cloud platform and services, adhering Our standard policy and guideline. ●Provide onsite L2/L3 support to monitor and work on service restoration of Cloud platform deployed globally when incident takes place, under Follow-the-Sun support model or provide on-call support as necessary. ●Engage with application teams throughout the lifecycle to provide reliable and scalable Cloud platform and services. ●Identify opportunity to automate manual steps or areas for improvement to remediate or mitigate operational risks, and directly contribute on coding to manage the Cloud platform effectively. ●Collaboratively work with Engineering function and other IT teams to discuss and agree on the enhancement and improvement to address challenges or issues. ●Contribute on documenting operational run books, and give coaching to team members as required.
