Job/Group Overview: Core Corporate Technology team is responsible to meet business needs of various corporate divisions including Legal & Compliance, Human Resources (HR), Internal Audit (IA), Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) & Security. With regional team presence in Japan & Singapore, we work closely with our global counterparts in India, Europe & US and with development team based in offshore location. Within Core Corporate Technology, this role will work as Technical Business Analyst (BA) / Project Manager (PM) supporting Japan HR, CRES and IA divisions. Team’s current focus is on a largescale HR system transformation project completion and transition to stable “business as usual” state. In addition, several mid to small size initiatives and ongoing support activities are being managed with a small team and in partnership with vendors & counterparts in other regions.
Responsibilities: Act as the escalation contact for supporting a suite of existing applications used by HR, CRES and IA divisions Understand clients’ needs and issues, and provide solutions in collaboration with technology team members in other regions as well as in other technology departments Work as BA / PM to gather business requirements and co-ordinate project activities Management of vendors including the provider of cloud services and partner vendors to support the integrations. Liaise with other IT teams such as Infrastructure, IT Security and other application teams, to co-ordinate the tasks related to infrastructure configurations, security requirements and integrations with other applications

●Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects ● Ensure that all projects are delivered on- time, within scope and within budget ● Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilities ● Develop detailed project plans ● Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs ● Evaluate project performance ● Report and communicate to higher management as needed ● Manage relationship with clients and all stakeholders ● Perform risk management tasks to minimize project risks ● Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors ● Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
