Our Microsoft Business Unit in Japan is working to help Japanese corporations accelerate their digital journey leveraging the Microsoft Cloud (M365, D365 and Azure). The unit works in collaboration with Our Global Unit to bring the global best in a localized manner to our customers in Japan.
The Sales and Solutions role in the Microsoft Business Unit Japan will play a central role to drive the build, sales and adoption of Our Microsoft based services in Japan. This will be a leadership role to build the unit and will have visibility to Our Company in Japan and global executive management.
●Roles and Responsibilities: 1. TCV and Revenues: Drive incremental TCV and services revenue for Our Company in Japan and license revenues for Microsoft. Currently it is around 10M USD, but we are hoping for more than 50% growth per year. Target a 2x revenue growth per year. 2. Proactive Sales: Drive proactive sales by segmenting the market, identifying accounts and proactively positioning Our capabilities to prospects. 3. Proposal Build: Work with solutioning and pre-sales teams to build proposals for pro-active and re-active deals. 4. Client Facing / Relation: Build strong relations across various levels of the customer organizations. Develop contextual knowledge of your prospects and customers to position appropriate solutions for their challenges. 5. Strategic: Work with the Global and Japan teams to build and localize offerings as suitable to customers in Japan. 6. Alliance: Build strong working relations across various levels of the partner organization / Microsoft (both local and with the global teams). Expand the relationship by aligning stakeholders in Our Company and Our Company in Japan to their counterparts in the partner organization.
