＜Job/Group Overview＞ ● We are looking for a senior staff for credit risk management in the risk management division headquartered in Shanghai. ● In order to respond to future business expansion and further enhance risk management, we will employ a credit risk manager who has skills and experiences of credit risk management, especially internal rating process. ● Before starting to work in Shanghai, we plan to have training sessions in Group Risk Management Dept. for a certain period (3 to 6 months) in order to gain an understanding of our risk management framework.
＜Responsibilities＞ Participate in overall management of Credit Risk related to various business lines, including but not limited to, Bond trading, OTC derivatives, Margin Finance, etc. ● Develop firm’s Internal Rating Guidelines for each industry ● Implement and improve credit risk measurement and policies & procedures ● Assess and make recommendations from risk perspective regarding new business / products ● Lead and participate in issuers / counterparties rating.
Conduct and/or support in the following Market risk management related responsibilities: ・Perform regular risk calculation, analysis and reporting conducted monthly, quarterly and/or ad hoc basis (e.g. market risk economic capital, earnings volatility, stress testing and etc.). ・Working on the analysis related with various Derivatives trades including setting-up new program, performance monitor and risk control of the existing programs. ・Perform asset portfolio projections for business planning and stress testing. ・Monitor capital markets and regulation changes and advise relevant businesses such as the Investments to adopt external global financial market requirements. ・Monitor and analyze risks of specific asset classes such as structured finance, real estate, alternatives investments, and derivatives ・Maintain and monitor compliance with the rules and guidelines for market risk management ・FSA reporting and investment asset valuation calculation for Solvency Margin Ratio ・Produce periodic reports ・Reporting above at risk management committees / meetings.
This position is accountable for leading, managing and providing direction to our main service.
Principle duties and responsibilities include: ・Responsible for maintaining the inbound client portfolio, including - having effective communications with client and our oversea leading team - being proactive in identifying the compliance, accounting and payroll needs of clients - leading meeting/conference call with clients ・Demonstrate effective communication with upstream and downstream team members to ensure end-to-end processes are well-thought out to address customer and regulatory requirements. ・Participate/take the lead in new client proposals with the team and integrate new clients into the business ・Work closely with the firm’s marketing team to improve market recognition of our service
