●Responsibilities, Qualifications, Certifications As a member of the Learning team, this individual’s main responsibility will be the successful deployment of multiple training programs and learning initiatives within us.
Programs range from technical and markets training to core professional and consulting basic skills as well as leadership. This would entail familiarity with our Learning Management System (LMS) operations and processes, working and coordinating with the team members, interfacing with internal facilitators and key stake holders, as well as the global L&D team. Experience facilitating is preferred, but not required as the current role is more project management and deployment rather than actual delivery.
Your Key Responsibilities: 1.Understand the people development needs at a Consulting firm across organizations 2.Planning and execute / delivery training programs for both new grads (2months intense training) and mid-career hired members 3.Coordinate Training preparation and operations under supervision and report to managers 4.You will be in charge for multiple programs as a program manager 5.Assist with execution of special projects as needed
Talent Management in HR is responsible for key functions all aspects of Talent Management including the Performance Management, Advancement Process, Talent Review, Succession Planning and Target Talent Development. Our group’s Talent Management strategy is developed in alignment with the overall business strategy and talent goals. The team partners closely with HR colleagues in the Japan, Talent colleagues in other regions, and cross-regional clients.
Partner with HRBP and business leaders to drive Talent Management and Target Talent Development. Manage the processes for Performance Management, Succession Planning, Target Talent Development and enhance the organization’s effectiveness.
・Form collaborative relationships with HRBP and partners in business in order to execute talent strategies and efforts to support the growth/strategic objectives of the company ・Support conducting individual leadership, career and talent assessments as appropriate using a variety of tools, i.e. 360 feedback and 9 Box ・Administer a process which focuses on building bench strength to meet current and future business needs ・Support overseeing the performance management process to help focus employees on performance and growth opportunities for key business metrics ・Partner with HR development department and Leadership & Development team, manage targeted development programs to be aligned with overall Talent strategies ・Connect with global counter-parts to align process and programs globally ・Source and manage vendors and external consultants ・Manage program administration and logistics where required
