1. Financial Planning ・Leading budgeting/ forecasting process ・Prepare various reports to the Group. ・Contribute to implement financial planning/ forecasting system ・Orchestrate information collecting process from various constituencies and validate the accuracy of received information ・Prepare various presentations to senior management and the Group, highlighting financial evolution and hot topics ・Support all divisions in decision-making through scenario analysis and business cases ・Establish FP&A function by expanding the team and mentoring analyst(s)
2. Financial Reporting ・Leading monthly/quarterly P&L preparation ・Analyze monthly financial results and prepare comprehensive analytical report ・Prepare various analytical presentation submitted to the Group ・Contribute to building a new holistic reporting tool in cooperation with data teams and divisions, aiming at systemization, digitization, robust straight-through process

Responsible to define, implement and test in collaboration with Dragonfly project team (New claims management system)
Define the business requirements to develop the accounting interface between new claims system (Guidewire or GW) and accounting system (Net suite) based on JGAAP and IFRS accepted principle (claims payment, claims reserve, etc) Test the accounting interface mentioned above and work with project team to fix the bugs until it works properly. Define the claims payment process together with Dragonfly project team, in alignment with the Target Operating Model defined in the project and the company strategic direction to be more digital. Define a robust reconciliation process ensure the consistency between new claims system, account system and banks information. Together with Data and Technology team work on implementation. Define the business requirements for the reports needed for reporting and regulatory purposes. Work together with Data team to test (UAT) the reports and put in production.
We seeks a Solution Owner for our Systems to partner with our Business sections and help us build and deliver the solutions. This is a hands-on technical leadership role initially focused on building the customer centric IT service, maintaining them and delivering continuous improvements.
You will do : Partner with the product owners and build the services with IT vendors that are customer centric and differentiate us from our competitors. Own and maintain the technical excellence of our services and ensure all the underlying technologies are kept up-to-date. Control the IT service/maintenance activities of the system. Lead the technology design and implementation of underlying applications that are secure and scalable while offering superior user experience (UX) and performance. Deliver continuous improvements in partnership with our Business Unit. Lead, manage and mentor a group of developers (internal and external). Provide innovative ideas and solutions to problems.
