仕事内容
●Your key responsibilities:
・Originate loan and bond transactions; Structure solutions around clients financing requirements, including M&A and general corporate purposes
・Due diligence of clients and markets; All facets of trade execution for bond and loan deals
・Supporting legal documentation
・Participation in marketing efforts, leading preparation of client presentations and pitches
・Handling day to day client queries on all execution related matters
