Successful track record in obtaining mandates with financial institutions. As our financial institutions business model include both direct coverage and through third party such as trust banks, sales activities will be for both large financial institutions as well as trust banks as distributors. Exploring and developing new business opportunities by having a frequent communication and making deep relationship with clients, then ensuring correct demands and needs. Visiting clients both existing and prospect continuously, solicit new or existing products and write call memos for the record. Closing business by concluding clients various scheme such as Japanese domicile funds, global funds, global investment management mandates.

Close communication with global portfolio management and investment specialists’ team in English to understand global products thoroughly. Ensuring high quality client service and monitor client satisfaction at all times Sharing opportunity/information smoothly with other relevant departments (Marketing, Legal and Compliance, Client Services, Portfolio Management, Product Development and Administration), also co-working/coordinating to solve any matter for it with them. For sales activity, complying compliance/legal/rules including internal regulations in Business Conduct Responsible for general client communication or queries for accounts responsible under IN sales team. As the position bearing the primary responsibility for ensuring adequate client/intermediary due diligence and exercising constant vigilance over the business relationship; To ensure that the KYC process is carried out in a complete and timely manner so that all KYC files that the Company is responsible for are always maintained up-to-date To contribute to the information and documentation collection and updating as well as to the provision of qualitative analysis, including materiality of adverse information, which is necessary for the Company to eventually decide on the client onboarding or recertification To fulfill other responsibilities as set forth in the applicable KYC/ KYI policy
