As a member of the Equity Investment Department, he/she contributes to high investment performance by gaining high credibility within clients, the firm and Equity Investment Department, improving fund performance with high professionalism and acquiring advanced knowledge/building ideas.

●J-REIT Trader and Analyst
・Conduct one-on-one meetings with Asset Management to conduct appropriate analysis, including the creation of fundamental models.
・Provide timely information on Asset Management’s financial results and news flow, conduct research related to new issues, research REIT market trends and real estate market conditions, and provide timely and appropriate investment advice to Fund Managers and contribute to the improvement of fund performance.
・Prepare reports on J-REIT Investment (fund reports: performance reports (monthly, quarterly, annual))

●J-REIT investment process implementation
・Execute trading and support J-REIT investment
・Create and update valuation models and fundamental analysis models based on dividend yields and P/NAV ratios
・Communicate with brokers to execute trades at the best price in a fast and efficient manner
・As a trader, manage cash positions, aggregate daily trades, enter financial results data etc.
・As a sub J-REIT Fund Manager, assist in investment decisions, order placement, cash position management, portfolio management, proper exercise of voting rights and appropriate handling of any problems that may arise in the process of reporting to clients

●Assist Discretionary Account (passive fund) Manager
・Proper use of risk management tools to manage tracking errors and create positions for re-balancing
・Monitor the impact of cash flows on funds and corporate actions and take appropriate action as needed when such events occur

Actively contribute to the enhancement of team activities, operational efficiency and the improvement of operational capabilities as a team (active participation in investment dialogue, optimization of the use of investment order tools and systems and participation in optimization projects etc.)

Execution and support of all trading activities of Equity Investment Department.
