＜Your Impact (Key responsibilities):＞
・Completes the key responsibilities listed below with minimal supervision
Books daily trade activities, cashflows, corporate actions, class actions, fail, OD claims, and various charges in a timely and accurate manner
Performs NAV calculation and oversight for Japan and Australia unit trusts and accounts
Conducts cash/position reconciliations
Supports account onboarding, new instrument setup, and various fund events
Coordinates with trust banks on various operational matters


・Collaborates effectively within the team and with Trust Banks, Fund Administrators, Global Custodians, Brokers and offshore/onshore investment managers
Responds to inquiries from internal and external parties, providing clear answers and solutions
Works closely with other teams including Reporting, Investment, Sales, Product, and Technology
Communicates effectively with offices in the US and London to resolve issues and strengthen controls and/or quality


・Independently leads small-scale projects and initiatives
Leads projects to ensure compliance with new regulations, improve operational workflows and enhance efficiency
Analyzes issues and develops both tactical and strategic solutions

●Your Required Skills:
5 years of experience in financial industry. At least 2 years of experience at the Specialist level or minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience
Effective communication skills both in Japanese and English
Earned a bachelor’s degree
Business level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Strong motivation for learning and a quick self-learner with intellectual curiosity
Strong problem-solving skills with logical analysis and collaboration with colleagues in Japan and offshore
Passion to build efficiencies and suggest improvements of existing processes
Ability to multi-task / juggle multiple assignments and execute on deliverables
Great team player with collaboration mindset and interpersonal skills



●Your Desired Skills:
Familiarity of Trust bank scheme is not must but preferred.
Knowledge in asset management operations space, and familiarity with various financial instruments are preferred, but not required.
