●You will be involved with identifying, evaluating, negotiating, structuring, executing, and
monitoring private equity investments, including, but not limited to, operating companies, both
public and private stocks, debt (distressed, direct, mezz, etc.)
●You are expected to support senior members in managing the companies in which investments are
made
●You will be performing deal/equity cash flow analysis and due diligence of target transactions
●You will also be involved with ad hoc projects by the immediate supervisors and other members of
the organization
●Communications with originators (pre-acquisition) and asset management (post-acquisition) are
essential to your job duties, and you will need to be able to work autonomously with the team of
professionals

●Fluency in English and Japanese
●Minimum of 3 years of work experience in investment banks or financial advisory services, having
experience in LBO modeling and due diligence work
●Consider Business level English or having a management consultant background if the candidate
has strong Excel modeling skills
●Work experience in a Japanese or Global PE fund or investment banking is a plus
●Work experience on a large asset transaction (CRE, Bond, or Loan portfolio) is a plus
●Worked for a Big 4 accounting firm’s financial advisory is a plus, but should have experience servicing PE clients
●M&A advisors (no hands-on experience, but advising strategies/plans) are out of scope, but M&A execution is good.
